I am the Librarian for history and the humanities at Barnard and the Personal Librarian working with students with last names starting with C through J. I also work with students and faculty in the following departments, programs, and subject areas:  History, Education, Philosophy, Religion, Classics and Ancient Studies, Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Jewish Studies, German, Slavic Studies, Islamic Studies, and Food Studies.

I have undergraduate degrees in history and French and Masters degrees in education and library science. I have a background in teaching (French, history, and writing) and interdisciplinary work in global food history and colonialism, and food studies with strong interests in  African American and African diaspora, and Middle Eastern food history and culture.
