Dear Barnard Students,

Welcome back! I hope you had a restful break and are looking forward to this spring semester. There are so many events and activities to enjoy this semester.

As we begin the semester, Feel Well, Do Well @ Barnard is focused on your adjustment back to campus after the winter break. Caring for ourselves is very important and we hope you will make time to pay attention to how you feel and focus on self-care. Please watch this video for more on this - and be on the look-out for our February video which will share what wellness means to some of our students.

Also, remember as we move through the semester, that we have resources available if you need support, including Primary Care Health ServiceFurman Counseling CenterWell Woman and your Class Deans. Take care of yourself and each other, and I hope you have a wonderful spring semester.
