Alumnae Auditing Program

Alumnae Auditing Program
About the Alumnae Auditing Program
Barnard|Next — the College's lifelong learning and community initiative — is the home of Barnard's expanded Alumnae Auditing Program. As alumnae, you can explore a curated selection of Barnard courses and experience the classroom alongside the next generation of Barnard leaders. Reconnect with academic life, and with campus, while continuing to pursue learning across disciplines and fields. Audit a course from your major field of study, or take advantage of the opportunity to explore new areas of intellectual interest (without the pressure of grades!).
Eligibility
All alumnae in good standing are welcome to audit selected undergraduate courses. The list of courses will be provided prior to the start of every semester. Participation of auditors is at the discretion of faculty, and classroom space must be prioritized for current students.
Course Experience
Attend lectures and engage with Barnard faculty and students across an entire academic semester.
Affordable Access:
Barnard alumnae receive a substantially discounted rate to participate as Auditors. Alumnae from the Class of 1983 pay only the cost of access to identification cards and access to required online platforms. Questions about auditing can be directed to BarnardNext@Barnard.edu.
