Missouri University of Science & Technology has established the Kummer Innovation and Entrepreneurship Doctoral Fellows Program for exceptional and innovative students who wish to pursue a Ph.D. in a STEM field. This program is intended to advance the vision of June and Fred Kummer to encourage innovative students to pursue doctoral degrees to strengthen applied research, technological innovation, and economic development in the region, state and nation. The fellowship provides a 12-month stipend as well as tuition remission for required course work for up to four years. This program is open to domestic and international full-time Ph.D. students admitted to a STEM degree program.
