Campus Operations Update for Tuesday, February 24
Dear Members of the Barnard Community,
Barnard College will resume regular operations tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24. Classes will return to in-person instruction, and all staff should plan to report to campus as usual.
As always, please continue to use caution when traveling on or near campus and continue using the interior tunnels when moving between buildings on campus. Please also join me in thanking Barnard’s Facilities team for their dedicated and ongoing snow removal efforts.
If you notice unsafe conditions—such as icy walkways, leaks, open windows, or doors that are not closing properly—please contact Facilities immediately at (212) 854-2041 or facilities@barnard.edu. For urgent issues outside regular hours, please call the CARES emergency line at (212) 854-6666.
Please allow additional travel time to get to campus and use public transit whenever possible. Any staff member experiencing any challenges coming to campus as a result of transit limitations should be in touch with the senior staff member in their area.
Thank you,
Kelli A. Murray
Executive Vice President for Strategy & Chief Administrative Officer
