Andover Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers (IRT)

Andover's Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers (IRT) offers training, advising, and financial support for college juniors, seniors, and graduates who are looking to pursue graduate study in the humanities, social sciences, and education. One of the Institute's main goals is to increase the racial diversity of students pursuing advanced degrees for careers in education. Participants in the Summer Workshop will take part in seminars, lectures, and conferences on a wide range of education-related topics. The summer session concludes with a recruiting session in which participants can connect with graduate institutions.
