FOR EXTERNAL GROUPS
WHO QUALIFIES AS AN EXTERNAL GROUP?

Non-affiliated organizations interested in hosting their conference or event at Barnard.

Your event must have a residential need.

Columbia or Teachers College departments hosting researchers or interns who'll require housing.

Examples of events: summer camps, business seminars, leadership retreats.
Submit this form if the above applies to you.
FOR INTERNAL GROUPS
WHO QUALIFIES AS AN INTERNAL GROUP?

Barnard department, staff or faculty interested in hosting their conference or event at Barnard.

Your event must have a residential need.

Barnard department or faculty co-hosting an event with a non-affiliated organization.

Barnard department hosting researchers or interns who'll require housing.
Submit this form if the above applies to you.
If your summer conference does not require housing, contact the Events Management office.
