Mail Services
Welcome to Barnard’s Mail Services!
Mail Services and Central Receiving staff sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages that arrive for students, faculty, and staff.
Mail Window Service Hours Spring 2023 Semester Hours: Monday through Friday: 9:30am – 4:45pm
(Package Pickup)
- Mail Services is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and College holidays, unless otherwise noted.
- Deliveries are not permitted to the dorms with the exception of flowers to the Front Desk (you will need to let the student know to pick them up).
- The Service window closes one hour early (3:30pm) on the last workday before College holidays.

Personal Packages can be retrieved from Central Receiving, Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 10:00am and 4:00pm to 4:30pm.
