9/11: That Day & the Days After: Zines Excerpts from the Barnard Zine Library

That Day & the Days After anthologizes excerpts from zines in the Barnard Zine Library that discuss the events of September 11, 2001 and its aftermath. Compiled by zine library curator Jenna Freedman for Project Bloomstrong, an initiative from CE&I, Barnard Facilities, and the Garden Club in partnership with New Yorkers 4 Parks. The zine excerpts address the creators', who hold a range of minoritized identities, feelings on 9/11 and after. There is sadness and shock, but most of the authors' fear is reserved for the likely victims of nationalistic racial, ethnic, and religious profiling and violence.
