Students interested in moving to a different room for the Spring semester may submit a Mid-Year Room Change Request.
The request form will be available starting in late November. Students will be emailed when the form opens for 2026-27.
Students who request room changes will need to be prepared to move completely out of their Fall room before the start of Winter Break and will not be able to move into their Spring room until the residence halls reopen in January.
Students will need to either take their belongings home over break or make their own arrangements (space is not available on campus for students' belongings).
Students can also apply Spring Room Change Requests to avoid needing to move out over break.
