Reserving Conference Room 302
The Student Experience & Engagement (SEE) Conference Room (Diana Center Room 302) is available for Barnard students, faculty, and staff to reserve for meetings and small events. The room includes a dry erase wall, projector, and screen. Please note that it is set up as a seminar/conference room and cannot be rearranged. Priority will be given to students and student organizations. Conference rooms must be reserved at least three days prior to the event. If there are any conflicts with the dates presented, you will be notified.
Leadership Development Grant
Each semester Student Experience & Engagement (SEE) sets aside a portion of financial resources to assist Barnard students who wish to pursue individual or group leadership development opportunities through conference/workshop attendance.
Scheduling an Appointment
For Student Groups who need to order supplies or catering in the Student Experience & Engagement (SEE), please fill out the form to schedule an appointment with Dawnett Ferguson, GBB-SGA Bookkeeper for Student Life or with Yasmin Neil, Assistant to the Dean.
Travel Waivers
Day Trips:
Students have the opportunity to explore New York City through various events and and programs sponsored by Student Experience & Engagement (SEE). Participation in these programs is encouraged thou voluntary. All students who participate in a day-trip program must complete and submit this travel waiver prior to their participation.
Students have the opportunity to travel off-campus through various events and programs sponsored by student organizations. Participation in these programs is encouraged thou voluntary. All students who participate in an off-campus program sponsored by a student organization must complete and submit this travel waiver prior to their participation.
Strenuous Physical Activity:
Students have the opportunity to travel off-campus through various events and programs sponsored by student organizations. Participation in these programs is encouraged thou voluntary. All students who participate in an off-campus program sponsored by a student organization that involves strenuous physical activity must complete and submit this travel waiver prior to their participation.
Overnight Programs:
Students have the opportunity to participate in overnight programs sponsored by Student Experience & Engagement (SEE). Participation in these programs is encouraged thou voluntary. All students who participate in any overnight program must complete and submit this travel waiver prior to their participation.

Requesting Millie the Bear
Hello! Thank you for requesting Millie's presence at your event. Before proceeding with the request form, please keep in mind the following:
1. Millie is a Barnard student with a busy schedule and is not always able to accommodate requests.
2. Millie can only attend an event for a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
3. Millie is only available during weekdays.
