Spring Early Return

The residence halls will be closed for the Winter Break period beginning at 9am on Friday, December 19, 2025, through 9am on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Students who need to return to campus early (between Sunday, January 11 - Friday, January 16, 2026) must submit the Spring Early Return Form.

  • Students will be emailed when the form is available on the Housing Portal
  • Deadline: TBA
  • Cost: $TBA

Note: students must be continuing in housing from the Fall semester to submit the Early Winter Return form. Students new to campus housing for the Spring will move in when the residence halls reopen in January (see Moving In for dates/times).

Returning to Campus in January

Students must scan their Student IDs at their residence hall front desk to enter the residence halls in January.

Students who receive Mid-Year Room Changes will move into their new Spring room (i.e. will not return to the Fall assignment). Information about signing for new room keys will be shared with students who receive room changes.
