This session offers an opportunity to delve into the rarely discussed subject of hate from various perspectives and traditions. Through interactive exercises and discussions, we will explore questions such as: What constitutes hate? How does it influence our thoughts, identities, and communities? And what actions can we take to address it? In addition, we will examine conflict resolution and transformation strategies using a needs-based communication model, along with gaining insights into levels of systems thinking.
